Personal Training
After we set up an FREE initial virtual consultation we will discuss your goals, learn a little more about each other and see how your goals align with our coaching philosophy and methods. From there we will deliver a movement screening based on the demands of your goals – whether for competition or simply to feel better, look better – take references (photos, body composition etc) and this will create a unique profile from which we can curate a bespoke training plan that considers your current ability, training experience, availability and of course your goals. We are currently mobile within the London area or we can collaborate virtually via video call (se online training) where we will provide full and ongoing support through coaching.
Our coaches have unique skill sets that bring, Coach Kirt is a performance coach with a passion for boxing and basketball, Coach Chris is an all-rounder and loves to coach the skills element of training.
